Easy Article Writing – 4 Steps to write your article

It is very challenging for a beginner like me who never write an article before to write my first article. I spent quite a number of time online to explore and read several of amazing articles before i start writing this article. This article is about Easy Article Writing – 4 Steps to write your article. It can be summarized as the several steps here, choose and research the topic, write an outline, choose great software and start to write.

Step #1: Choose and research the topic
Before you start script your article, you need to first choose your topic. You have to choose a topic which you're familiar with and this save you a lot of time. Some of you might waste too much time on researching the topic and at the end might feel information overloaded, and give up. So you need to measure your time and focus on researching your topic. You can get a piece of paper and drop down those valuable points and tips, which you like to deliver. I think the most excellent sources of researching topic are these article directories.

Step #2: Write an Outline
Outline includes introduction, main body and conclusion. The introduction play a part on what readers will profit by reading this article. It should be a short and quick paragraph and the goal is to catch the attention of the readers. At this moment you should have a number of tips or points of the topic during the topic research in step #1. Main body normally is about 3-5 paragraphs. As a beginner I suggest to write a brief article about 500 words, so you can limit the contain to 3 paragraphs. I think Microsoft word is a great software to use, it come with the important spelling and grammar checking. This speed up your writing process, you no need to be concerned about incorrect spelling or bad grammar. You no need waste much time to check from first sentence to last sentence.

Step #4: Start to Write
Start to write your article just after your preparation. Write down whatever comes up to your mind, the trick here is continue and don’t stop. Remember to stay on the outline you prepared in Step #2. The first draft of your article might have lots of mistakes but just leave it. Review your article after you completed writing.

I just spent an hour to write my first article by follow this 4 steps. Since I am a beginner and I can do that, I think you can do it as well. If you know how to write articles effectively, so that they do the job you want them to do, then any time you have the need you will be able to write an article to achieve your objective. Article writing skills are learned, and how quickly you learn depends upon your teacher.

People write articles for a large number of reasons and those that do it well will generally achieve what they set out to achieve. Online, that will usually be to advertise a product or market a website. However, it is the 'doing it well' that is the problem for most people, and no matter how hard you try or how good a writer you believe yourself to be, internet article writing is more than simply putting a few words together in a sensible way.

However, you will have to stand back and take a long look at what you are trying to achieve with the articles before you try to use them promote your website or products. Prior to beginning your article you should have a clear idea of what your objective is. When writing articles for ezines or article directory submissions, keep in mind that you won't normally be allowed to provide links to your website or even to actively promote your products.

To be successful, therefore, you must be able to persuade your readers to visit your website - the site that you list in the 'author's resource' section of your article that normally appears at the end of it. Nobody will click on that link unless they believe that:

a) You really know what you are talking about and can help them with their problems or answer their questions, or b) They believe that your website is going to give them the extra information they are seeking.

Still, you're going to want to have an environment that's conducive to writing for you. Many writers prefer to minimize distractions. Some prefer the hustle and bustle of a cafe. Consider experimenting for yourself, and be sure to communicate clearly to those around you if you're writing and would appreciate that they leave you to concentrate.

7) Choose the Right Writing Program Some people prefer the writing program that comes with the world's most popular operating system. Fast writers know and love the simple "text pad" application that has absolutely no frills. This is because other programs are attention hogs and give you little reminders in their attempts to be helpful. If you've never written with the spartan text pad, or text editor that comes standard on most computers then give it a shot. It's likely to be a refreshing alternative to the intrusive word processing programs that try to correct your every sentence.

8) Know Your After Writing Rewards If you love watching videos online then let yourself. Once you've gotten your article written. If you have to use the bathroom then hold it - until you've gotten your article written. If you're starving or thirsty then wait - until you've gotten your article written. There are hundreds of things that are likely to come up when you're writing your article. Let them come up and set these needs as your reward for finishing. You will love the results.

9) Know When to Bend Your Rules If you set out to write 10 tips but can only think of 9 then just write 9 and be done with it. If you take an hour and ten minutes instead of an hour then so be it - you're done, right? And you're that much closer to getting hundreds of links to your website. You decided to get a snack before finishing your article? Well, shame on you for lack of self discipline but hey, if you still got the article done in an hour then who cares?
